We aim to deliver your items in 7 to 21 working days from confirmation of your order dependent on package size and availability. Approximate lead time will be stated at the time of order, for more information please contact our sales team. Our delivery times are Monday - Friday and between the hours of 7am and 6pm dependent on location.
Bespoke / made to order items approximately 4 - 6 working weeks.
All delivery times stated are an approximation. Our selected couriers will call you directly to confirm a mutually suitable time and date. If delivery is expected to fall out of the above specified time frame, you will be notified.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us to return your order. All items being returned much be pre-arranged, and either organised to be returned by yourself, or by us (for a standard charge dependent on location*), and items must be in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and in a re-saleable condition. If returned via a delivery company other than ours, you will be liable for this until the item is confirmed as delivered to ourselves and our returns team are satisfied that the order is in a re-sellable condition. Once received back at our returns depot, a refund will be issued. Please note their will also be a re-stocking fee of 25% per item.
Please note that returns on made to order items will be on the basis that delivery costs are covered by the customer and that a 30% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This is due to the item being custom made and tailored to your individual requirements. Made to order items will always be highlighted within the product and confirmed at the time of order.

DAMAGED OF FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event of your purchase arriving faulty or damaged, then you must report this to us within 48 hours of the delivery being signed for.
We strongly suggest that you inspect the item as best possible before signing for the item. If your goods are faulty or damaged, we must receive photographic evidence by email.
To cancel an order without incurring any charges, you must notify us within 48 hours of placing your order, after this time there will be a 25% re-stocking fee. After 48 hours, if your item is a made to order item, we unfortunately cannot except cancellations as your order will already be placed into production.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
We have very limited stock of our sale items, we will not be taking back order's on any of these. Due to the fact that our stock levels are updated periodically, a product may sell out during the time that you have placed your order. If this does happen we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange an alternative item or a full refund.
